OK so you've got a Les Paul Jr or similar guitar with a dog ear p-90 and would love to try a humbucker instead of the P-90 but you really don't want to route your guitar out for it. Here is the answer! You see we had the same thoughts on the matter so we modified a full sized QA hand wound 50mm spaced humbucker and had covers laser cut to perfection. The QA DogBucker drops right into You're p-90 route and mounts via the same two screws as your dogear p-90 did, and the humbucker height adjustment screws function just the same as a normal humbucker. No modifications to the guitar! The QA DogBucker has a nickel silver baseplate, long magnet, nickel pole pieces and slugs and comes mounted in our Hum-90 ring in either black or cream. Pickups ohm out between 8.2 and 8.6 k and sound just as profoundly great as our other pickups. Want to swap back and forth? No problem as there are no mods to your guitar other than soldering the pickup in or out!
